Now, go to the right and you will find a guy called Edgar
He doesn't think the carnival will be ready in time! So being the kind poptropican that you are, you agree to help.
Go right to the carnival.
There will be three people who need your help, talk to them in whatever order you like, the people who need help are: The duck game person, the fried dough person and the ferris wheel person.
You have to find a new lever, a hose and you have to make sugar. So go past the carnival into the forest, there will be a lever there on the ground. Finders keepers! Bring it back to the ferris wheel guy, the wheel will stop and he'll tell you that you've saved the day.
Since both of the items you need now are back in town, go back to town. Head into the building that says apothecary. Talk to doctor dan and he'll tell you to make salt, go up to the chemistry set and grab the two chemicals on the left.
Now this bit is actually pretty fun, you have to connect the molecules to the darker version of themselves by shooting them apart with bubbles.
Once your done, you will get salt. Bring the salt back to doctor dan. Click on him again to ask for permission to use his set to make powdered sugar for the carnival.
This time, you grab the chemicals on the right, the process is the same as before, connect the colours.
And now, you'll have sugar! But don't go back to the carnival yet, go to 'Honest Gabes Car Repair' and a lady will run over to you, you lie that your having car trouble and she'll ask what with, say radiator hose, not the others, which aren't actually car parts.
She'll tell you to pay her back later, so you're free to take the hose from the top of the shelf. Now you can go back to the carnival!
Give the duck game guy the radiator hose, and the dough lady the sugar. Edgar will come and say that they can open the carnival, yay! But this is only the beginning of the fun...
Over at the dart pop, get the blunt dart that can't actually pop anything, then go up to the guy who can guess your weight, let him guess, and the scale will show exactly the number he said. Now go back to town, over to the chemist again.
Go inside and talk to doctor dan, you need something small but heavy to fool the weight guesser, he says that your welcome to anything you can find, so click on the orange box on the trolley with the bigger boxes.
Now go to honest gabes auto repair, use the metal sharpener on the bottom left shelf to sharpen the dart
Then you will have a sharpened dart. Go back to the carnival, use the dart to pop the balloons. Edgar informs you that the balloons are display, and he gives you a cup, whoop-dee-do, a cup...Anyway, no time to whinge, go up to the weight guesser and let him guess our weight again, the scale will act on your osmium, and you'll be really heavy, you'll recieve a bouncy ball.
Run right to the rides, go over to the test your strengh, on your own, it's too hard. But use the bouncy ball on the thing, then try again, you'll be able to send the fist straight to the top. The lady will give you her mallet.
Now go back to the ferris wheel, the guy will say that the wheel needs to be greased, so run back over to the lady with the dough, use the cup you got eariler to recieve a cup of fry oil. Give the oil to the man at the ferris wheel. The kids will get off and go to the tunnel of love.
Talk to the lady in front of the tunnel of love, she'll say that you have to teach the kids a lesson for not obeying the hands-to-yourself rule. (Strange idea on a love ride, but anyway) Go to the haunted lab and get the human fly mask, then go on the love ride and scare the lovers out of their minds!
When you come out, a lady will say that the carnies are missing! And you have to find them.
Go into the forest, past the evil looking statue, and into the next area.
Now, the tip to this is, follow the rubbish, bouncy balls, rubber ducks, fries, cups, whatever, just follow the trail until you reach a dark spooky looking area.
You'll see a hooded figure hypnotising the carnies! They all turn into monsters and you decide it's probably a good idea to run...
Edgar will run inside the tent, follow him inside. Ringmaster Raven will say that its possible to reverse the hypnotisim and the monster transformation, yay! But you have to find the way to do it, and apparently, the ferris-wheel-monster has it! Go to the ferris wheel.
Equip your hammer and smack the bottom of the ferris wheel, the monster will fall and a ticket with the word 'gory' painted on it will fall out. Edgar imforms you that the ducks are painted with something that only shows under black light. Didn't we see black lights eariler? Yeah, we did, Edgar did too, so he tells you to get one from the haunted lab.
In the lab, you'll be slightly bothered by that weird puppet monster which is actually pretty freaky. Just ignore it and move on. When you reach the top, grab a black light bulb from the top shelf, use it on your torch to have a black lighted torch. Now go outside and back to the duck game.

Press the red button for the platform on the left, use it to get youself up to the next platform, scroll over the vent and the gate for the vent will open, so go inside that.
Walk all the way left, into the chemist, you'll see a stack of newspapers in the way, read them and you'll learn a bit about the sad sad tales of bird boy. (Hmm, wonder who that is... Not!)
Well, if he doesn't hold a grudge, then I'm a monster! Can't really blame him either...
Anyway, drop into the chemist and pick up the three remaining chemicals, and use it to make truth serum. (Don't see how thats relevent, but anyway)
Then head back to the circus tent, where impending doom awaits... But, you know, head there anyway!
Ringmaster Raven will anouce that he's Edgars master and you've brought him enough trurth serum to hypnotise the whole town! NOOOOOOOOO!
He ties you up and informs you that he's going to turn everyone into monsters! And if that's not bad enough, he's starting with you!
A large bird laser comes out and starts to power up, so if we have any hope of not ending up like the carnies, we have to snap Edgar out of it!
Use the fried dough to snap him out of it. He turns off the laser and tells you to follow ringmaster raven.
Go outside and into the mirror maze (Not like you have a choice since you kinda do it by default)
Now, equip that mallet from earlier. Ringmaster Raven will hide in the mirrors, but that mallet of yours will completly smash them, so do that!
After you smash his mirror, he'll run to another set of mirriors, just find your way to them and repeat, 5 or 6 times to be exact, until he tries to hypnotise you.
Then you jump inside a mirror and somehow use it to hynotise him.
Edgar will come in, thrilled that you've saved the day, now speaking of day, it goes to the next day and the carnival's moving.
Edgar will show you their new attraction too...

The Monster Carnival island's bonus quest guide!
The owner of the car repair tells you that doctor dan is missing! She wants you to check the forest for him, so of corse, head to the forest!
Doctor dan is shivering with either cold or fear by the statue, talk to him and he'll tell you to stay away, and he'll run off.
Alright, follow him to a roller coaster. Make your way up to him and you find out the reason he's running...
So go behind him and under the roller coaster to find the wild mushroom extract
Now go back to town, and go to the car repair, grab the pickles off the top shelf on the left
Now go into the chemist and grab a coke from the machine on the left as you walk in.
Now you can go up to the lab, click on the machine and you'll do that molecule thing you did eariler...
You'll recieve chemical X. Go back to doctor dan. He'll drink the chemical and...
Uh oh, we made it worse! But then the people of the town run in saying that they'd finally found him. Doctor Dan does the same thing he did with you, tells them not to hurt him because he'd seen what the people do to monsters (In his defence, so have I...)
The car repair lady informs him that they came out here because they were worried, and the kids said that monsters were cool, (Yes, yes they are...) and doctor dan agrees to stay.
Yay! Now you've completed the whole island!
